In the years 1981-1985. when socialism and martial law prevailed in Poland, I was abroad and met with games on arcade machines. They were "Lunar Lander", "PackMan". I also got acquainted with the game of billiards. That's how the idea was born to get more interested in this entertainment activity and after returning to Polish I did it.

The profile of the company was service entertainment activity as itinerant TV ARCADE GAMES. From year to year, TV arcade games and pinball machines increased – starting from 6 slot machines in 1985, to 50 in 1989.

With the departure of the socialist system in 1989, new forms of spending free time began to appear. Next to arcade machines, a game of billiards appeared, which quickly made a big sensation. Among restaurateurs, information circulated that the investment in billiards paid off after 4 months. Crowds of people, mainly young people, came to the premises where billiard tables were placed. Playing on them was a symbol of sport in an elite style and everyone wanted to try their hand at the game. Such spontaneous behavior is explained by the lack of access to entertainment during the People's Republic of Poland. Billiards was then forbidden. I decided to go with the times and meet the needs. I started the production of billiard tables.

- Partial retraining of the company. Assigning it the name BILL – KROS which consisted of two parts. The first from the English word "BILLIARD", and the second from "KROSNA" as the name of the city of the company's headquarters.
- Production of the first 20 billiards – tokens with a dimension of 6ft.

- Presentation of the company at the International Entertainment Industry Fair at the Palace of Culture in Warsaw.
- Establishing cooperation with an Italian company producing professional slate stone slabs – which are the "heart" of every billiard table, i.e. its most important part.

- Participation in the "International Fair sport and recreation" in Warsaw.
- Opening of the "BILL-KROS CAFE" exhibition store in Krosno. This place not only stimulated the sale of the company's products, but also became a place of pleasant spending of free time while playing billiards for the residents of Krosno.
- Granting "Bill-Kros Cafe" a license of the game room with the number 2, issued by PZBil.
- Co-organizer together with PZBil of the action for children and youth "Holidays with billiards".
- Implementation of another 7 professional models of billiards in the full dimensional assortment.
